Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads received through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and website chat.
  • Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline.
  • Update lead information and status in the CRM system accurately and consistently.
  • Guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all leads and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, negotiations, and deals closed on the CRM.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain ethical standards in all customer interactions and sales practices.
