Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role will involve identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by developing customized targeted sales strategies. You will be responsible for building strong business relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions and support. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow the client base. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients using tools like Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. - Maintaining the database with prospective client information for effective follow-up. - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of all potential clients for future business opportunities. - Working closely with the team to set sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast sales targets. - Creating short- and long-term business development plans to drive growth. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation is mandatory. - Experience in telephonic sales is required. - Excellent communication skills are essential. - National/International calling and telemarketing experience would be preferred. You will be offered a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. This is a full-time position with opportunities for commission. As an integral part of the team, you will be expected to work in person at the designated work location.
