Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities by developing customized targeted sales strategies. Building strong business relationships with potential clients and understanding their needs to offer appropriate solutions and support will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with sales and leadership teams will be essential to secure, retain, and expand the client base. You will create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients using tools such as Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc. Additionally, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and working closely with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting will be part of your daily tasks. Developing short- and long-term business development plans will also be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications and Skills: - Grad/Post-Graduation is mandatory. - Prior experience in telephonic sales is required. - Excellent communication skills are a must. - Experience in national/international calling and telemarketing is preferred. This position is full-time and commission-based, suitable for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work location for this role is in person.,
