Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Executive who can effectively handle inbound/outbound sales calls, manage cold leads, support content creation, and switch roles based on evolving project needs. This is a multi-functional position for someone who’s proactive, tech-savvy, and fluent in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound, outbound, and cold calls to generate and convert leads

* Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email

* Assist with content moderation and basic creation for outreach and marketing

* Be flexible to switch roles/processes as per project demands

* Maintain and update data in Excel/CRM, perform basic data analysis

* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance

Required Skills

* Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus)

* Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets

* Comfortable with multitasking and quick adaptation to new tasks

* Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Work Terms

* 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday)

* Work From Office (WFO) only

* Probation Period: 3 months

* Performance during probation will determine continuation or confirmation to a permanent role
