Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Coordinator at Infina, a leading Manufacturing company specializing in Hospital and Diagnostic center stationery, you will be an essential member of our sales team. Your role involves managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, providing support to sales representatives, and ensuring top-notch customer experiences. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be pivotal in optimizing our sales processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, coordinating sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls, managing customer accounts with accurate data entry, and collaborating with the production team to update clients on order progress. Additionally, you will assist in lead generation, prepare sales-related documents such as quotes and proposals, address customer inquiries, and maintain comprehensive sales activity records using CRM software. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-3 years of proven experience in sales coordination or inside sales, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excel in organizational tasks with acute attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and demonstrate self-motivation, teamwork, a positive attitude, and problem-solving abilities. Infina offers a competitive salary ranging from 25,000.00 to 30,000.00 per month, a Day shift schedule, and benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and provided food. The position requires reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work to Pune, Maharashtra. Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Kannada (optional) is preferred. Preferred qualifications include experience in the Sales & Marketing field and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
