Job Description

Marketing executives in healthcare have the primary responsibility of planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies. Their responsibilities include:

Achieving quarterly targets.
Developing sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals in the assigned territory.
Leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve the company’s overall sales objectives.
Participating in setting price strategies (increase/decrease) in coordination with the brand team.
Assisting in developing the marketing plan and ensuring its execution with the sales team.
Conducting market surveys and collecting information on main players, competitors, new products, etc.
Developing new channels/customers to ensure complete coverage of the area by channel/product category.
Initiating and coordinating the development of sales plans for existing and new customers/sectors.
Conducting regular meetings and market visits with the sales team to build effective communication with distributors.
Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding performance.
Maintaining updated records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with a background in the medical industry and offset printing.
Familiarity with major stationery players worldwide.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
Strong ability to execute projects effectively.
Proficiency in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
