IndiaMART

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain and regularly update IndiaMART product listings, images, specifications, and keywords.
Identify high-potential customers and forward qualified leads to the internal sales or distributor network.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and visibility on the IndiaMART platform.
Maintain a daily inquiry tracker and report weekly/monthly conversion ratios.
Improve product ranking and visibility using SEO tools and keyword strategies within the platform.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and coordinate post-sale service queries.
Manage sales activities on IndiaMART platform to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new potential clients through online research and cold calling, and convert them into paying customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the competition.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, BBA/MBA preferred.
Proven 3 – 6 years of experience in handling B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Good communication and email etiquette.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of industrial electronics/networking products is a plus.
