Company: India MART Intermesh Limited Location: Chennai Experience: 1-4 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./MBA (Good academic record in 10th, 12th, UG & PG preferred) Male Candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. Generate and qualify leads, proactively follow up, and convert them into successful business deals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to uncover new areas for growth. Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Address client concerns and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels and client retention. Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals. Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets . Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinker. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role. Willingness and enthusiasm for field sales activities.
