Sales Executive in Puthur & Pathanapuram

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Jio Point Assistant Manager (JPAM) to support the operations of a Jio Point center. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising team members, driving sales, and maintaining inventory. This role is ideal for candidates who are self-driven, performance-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Jio Point Manager in daily operations of the store.
• Ensure customer onboarding, engagement, and service delivery meet quality standards.
• Drive sales targets through promotions, up-selling, and cross-selling of Jio products and services.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, coordinating with logistics and supply teams.
• Handle cash and billing operations accurately and securely.
• Provide guidance and motivation to Digital Sales Associates (DSAs) and resolve operational issues.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and resolve grievances to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with Jio’s operational policies and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with local authorities and third-party vendors as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Business, or related field).
• Experience: 1–2 years in retail, telecom, FMCG, or sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools and mobile applications.
• Ability to lead small teams and handle multi-tasking roles.
• Customer-first attitude with a passion for fieldwork.
