Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential students to understand their learning needs and career aspirations.

  • Provide expert guidance on course offerings aligned with student goals.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

  • Manage and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their learning journey.

  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities for advanced courses and materials.

  • Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions and submit regular performance reports.

  • Share student feedback with marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
