Job Description

Prospect, qualify, and close
new business opportunities
through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Pitch FindPros
HR SaaS and AI workforce management platform
to HR leaders, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement, and Operations heads
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
Provide market feedback to internal teams on client needs, platform improvements, and competitive landscape
Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events as needed
Coordinate with customer success and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred
3+ years of proven sales experience
in B2B SaaS, preferably
HRTech, Workforce Management, or AI platforms
Hands-on experience with
CRM platforms
(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong understanding of
sales pipeline management
and consultative selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Gig Economy platforms
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to HR or Talent Management
