Job Description

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Present and explain the application features to potential customers.
  • Assist customers with account setup, configuration, and onboarding process.
  • Provide training and guidance to users for effective usage of the application.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve customer queries during onboarding.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Document customer feedback and share insights with the product team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Sales, Customer Support, or related field (preferred in software/SaaS).
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (Hindi, Gujarati, English preferred).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Comfortable with calling, Google meet, and live product demonstrations.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up process.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any domain)
