Collaborate with external partners/agencies for ad creatives and video content. Track, measure, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate. Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, ad copies, and landing pages for continuous improvement. Stay updated on latest trends in performance marketing, PPC, remarketing, and growth experiments. Work closely with the sales/remarketing team to align campaigns with user journey insights. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing / paid ads management. Proven track record of running successful campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads a plus). Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking. SaaS or B2B marketing experience.
