Sales Executive-HF LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY (LAP)-Sales (D0)

You will be responsible for managing sales for Loan against Property business through cross channel and open market channels. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring unilateral growth by adding new branches, managing and growing the Direct Sales team, and focusing on increased productivity. You will also be tasked with marketing and encashing catchment areas, meeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients, and explaining various products related to Loan against property, Home Finance, and Working capital. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with builders, securing Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets, and handling project approvals of builders. Your role will also involve generating additional revenue through cross-selling and multi-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. You will be in charge of training and developing the Direct Sales Team (DST) and Direct Sales Associates (DSAs). Furthermore, you will liaise with internal teams for business functions such as Credit, Legal, Technical, Risk & Compliance Unit (RCU), and Operations. You will oversee the end-to-end processing of cases and provide regular updates on the status to customers. Your focus will be on ensuring top-class service for customers to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in SECURED LOAN SALES.,
