Role Overview

dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, calls, and networking.
Present and promote
Green Heart Floors’ range of flooring and wall solutions
to customers.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
by understanding their needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and client data in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in
flooring, construction, or interiors industry
.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain
technical details
of flooring solutions.
Excellent
negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM software
.
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
.
