Role Overview

Sales Executive

This role requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outbound communication.
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product demos with prospective clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    sales, business development, or inside sales

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation

    skills.
  • Strong understanding of the

    sales process and customer lifecycle management

  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a remote and performance-driven setup.

  • Experience in

    B2B, SaaS, or tech-based sales
