About the Role

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Identify:
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Build Relationships:
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
Drive Sales:
Present, promote, and sell products/services tailored to customer needs.
Close Deals:
Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM and create periodic sales reports.

Who We’re Looking For

1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a passion for achieving results and exceeding targets.
Comfortable using CRM tools and proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
