Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at GEAR UP, a leading Electric Lighting Equipment Manufacturing company based in East India, your role will be crucial in enhancing the market presence and achieving sales targets through effective B2B strategies and channel sales activities. Your primary focus will be operating in Bhagalpur, Gaya, Saharsa, Aurangabad, Nawada, Mothihari, and Begusarai. Key Responsibilities: - Have experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive environment. - Conduct product demonstrations catering to customer requirements. - Manage channel sales effectively to maximize revenue. - Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for strategic sales planning. - Build solid relationships with clients and team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Utilize excellent negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close deals successfully. - Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to aid in strategic business planning and decision-making. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in existing markets and expand the client base by approaching new customers. - Collaborate closely with channel partners and conduct regular product demonstrations to optimize product visibility and sales volume. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to anticipate business needs effectively. - Participate actively in trade shows, customer events, and seminars to promote GEAR UP and engage directly with stakeholders. - Provide feedback on product features, client needs, and market trends to support the product development team in refining offerings. - Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn and incorporate feedback in a fast-paced commercial environment.
