We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within deadlines. Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer feedback. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall sales performance. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Own vehicle and valid driving license (if field sales is required). Preferred Skills: Strong presentation and persuasive skills. Fluency in local language(s) and basic English. Experience in [industry – FMCG, Pharma].
