Job Description

Job Overview-

The Purpose of a Sales Executive is to generate leads, submit solutions & offers, follow up on orders & close orders.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Understand and explain technical aspects of products or services.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Customize solutions based on client specifications.
  • Cater to OEMs, consultants and end users.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • If necessary, visit client/ site to assess site conditions.
  • Discuss the inquiry with the design/ proposal executive & submit the offer.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Upon receipt of PO, obtain the advance payment & prompt the balance payment upon delivery.
  • Make entries of inquiries in sales / follow up register.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Support the sales process with technical demonstrations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot post-sales issues and provide after-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit the MIS to the reporting officer .

Preferred candidate profile

minimum 3 years of experience in water and wastewater for sales.
