We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Tellecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales or setting appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Handle inbound queries from customers and provide accurate information. Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. Maintain a database of customer information and sales records. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally. Provide feedback to the management team about customer concerns and market trends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English (required). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred plus point). Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills: Customer service or sales experience.. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
