Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote company services and resolve inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs, providing detailed information about our IT services, including web development, app development, digital marketing, and more.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals.
• Maintain a customer database by accurately recording information and call logs.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional interactions.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
• A positive attitude and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
