We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, promote products or services, handle inquiries, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Receive and handle inbound calls professionally Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales as required Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets Handle customer objections politely and effectively Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Good verbal communication skills Ability to speak clearly and confidently Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus) Ability to work under targets and deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Skills Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support Knowledge of local language(s) and English/Hindi Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Salary & Benefits Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Training provided Career growth opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to or 9548473585.
