Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesCalling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, providing relevant information and assistance
Lead Generation: Identify new leads by researching potential clients or target markets
Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to buy products or services and close sales over the phone
Data Entry: Record accurate details of calls, sales, and customer information into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
Follow-up: Follow up on previous calls and leads, ensuring that sales opportunities are maximized
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companyproducts or services to effectively sell and address customer queries
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or quotas
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement in the sales process
Maintain Professionalism: Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional tone with customers
Reports and Updates: Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager and discuss strategies for improving sales performance
