Job Description

Sales Lead Generation i) Product Detailing and Demonstration to the prospective customers. ii) Generate sales leads through market visits & prospective customer meetings. i ii) Meet defined number of customers (6-10) on daily basis either from the assigned customer list or cold callings to generate the sales leads. iv) Provide Sales lead details to the concerned manager through MS-Excel reporting. Failed Implant Replacement Process Management i) Collection & Filling of required Forms ii) Courier of the Forms & Implants to Arun Waghmare Exchange Pick up request. (Information about the material that need to be returned against the exchange order : SM/ABM will provide this information to the Assistant) i)Visit the customer to check & verify the material ii)Raise the Return Pick-up Request iii)Follow-up with the concerned person about the dispatch of the CN Hard copy to the customer Cheque Collection Follow-up i)Cheque collections from the customers. ii) Raise Cheque collection/courier request to send the cheques to HO. Priority Shipment/Hand delivery follow-up (In case of urgent/priority shipment requirements, SM/ABM shall provide the information to the Assistant about the Order release, post that,) i) To follow-up with the concerned person/s about the Dispatch details.
