Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, your role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining an excellent work ethic with strong time management skills. You will be responsible for developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays, as well as ensuring adherence to SOP and store etiquette. Additionally, you will assist the store manager in stock management and maintaining accurate records while working towards monthly or annual targets. Key Responsibilities: - Sales: - Inviting customers to the outlet - Introducing customers to the concept of MYOP - Demonstrating and presenting products - Supporting customers to identify the right perfume - Store cleanliness and merchandising - Stock audits - DSR and store closing - Placing stock requests to HO - Validating and receiving stock - Handling and resolving customer complaints Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and customer service orientation - Ability to work effectively in a team - Good organizational and time-management skills - Prior experience in retail sales is preferred In addition to these responsibilities, the company offers benefits including Provident Fund, overtime allowance, and medical insurance.,
