About Us:

FinnishLine EduGrowth Pvt Ltd is a dynamic student-recruitment company operating both in India and Finland. We help ambitious students secure top educational opportunities abroad — and we are now looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to drive our growth.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective students and their families.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, uncover needs and guide prospects through our admissions flow.
• Lead conversations from first contact to closure: presenting options, resolving queries, negotiating & securing enrollments.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and outcomes.
• Work closely with the recruitment and admissions teams to ensure seamless hand-off & outstanding candidate experience.
• Continuously optimise your approach based on feedback and metrics.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communicator with excellent phone-sales skills and a persuasive, professional tone.
• Demonstrated track record in outbound calling and closing sales (B2C or education sector will be a plus).
• Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling objections and turning “maybe” into “yes”.
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, familiar with CRM tools & reporting, and always closing loops.
• Graduate (any discipline) with 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn the student-recruitment domain & adapt quickly.
