Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage student leads.
• Counsel students and parents about study opportunities in Finland.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records in CRM and provide regular reports.
• Participate in student fairs, seminars, and events.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales/student counseling preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and agents.
• Identify market opportunities and build strong industry connections.
• Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Represent FinnishLine at education fairs and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or education sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of international education (Finland advantage).
