Role & responsibilities Immediate Joining Required, Automotive Industry Experience Must Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities - Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries : Ensuring timely collection of payments. Develop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Manager and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team. Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability. 2) Identification of potential opportunities so that sale could be derived and hence registered strong brand presence in the market. New business development from existing and new customers. Responsible for the business targets of the territory Sales Strategies : - Support to Management on defining Sales strategies - Required Candidate profile a) Candidate should have minimum 10 years of work experience (candidate should preferably have experience in automotive industry). Full fledged In-charge of the Region and Customers who needs to act as a single stop solution internally and externally who should have clear vision how to retain existing business and customer and develop new business in time bound manner. Knowledge of English is a must. A person with decent appearance, confidence, good verbal and written communication skills in English, comfortable with MS office including advanced excel and PPT. Excellent computer knowledge ( word/ excel/ power point ) who should be Logical, High energy level, curious and quick to learn , capable of thinking out of the box yet also take pleasure in performing tasks hands-on, Self-starter and tenacious, Initiative and speed with effective time and resource management, Interpersonal skills, effective planner, team player, problem solving and proactive approach. A sales person should be able to close sales, negotiate hard with customer and handle all types of customer objections.
