Roles and Responsibilities Managing Heat Treatment shop, production planning & Quality control,, furnace operations, monitoring and process control of various HT processes like #Carburising, #Carbonitriding, Gas Nitriding, Vacuum Heat Treatment etc , Metallurgical lab ( testing and validation) for HT components, Raw material, thorough knowledge of #CQI-9, #Furnace, #ProcessControl Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelor's in #Metallurgy. (B.E., B. Tech), Experience: 7-15 Years in Heat Treatment shop, production & Quality control,, furnace operations, monitoring and process control of various HT processes like #Carburising, #Carbonitriding etc , Metallurgical lab ( testing and validation) for HT components, Raw material, thorough knowledge of #CQI-9, #Furnace, #ProcessControl Responsible towards customers Good english speaking and writing skills Hardworking Logical reasoning skills Problem solving skills Positive attitude Flexible in shift timings Can work with own hands to train oneself and train others Want to work for a longer period in the organization Perks and Benefits Negotiable.
