Position Summary The Maintenance lead of the plant will oversee all daily upkeep and maintenance operations of the plant ensuring policies and procedures are followed, develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, productivity and morale of Team. Improving efficiencies, asset utilization, capacity assessment and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. Lead all brown-field projects on the site. Key Responsibility - Supervision, Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and schedule the maintenance team across multiple shifts. Monitor team performance and provide training, support, and feedback.
