As a Market Research and Implementation professional in the field of Food Certification Sales, your role involves developing and communicating strategies to establish partnerships and business relationships for marketing products and services. You will conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and estimate demands for proposed projects based on thorough market research. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing new markets, enhancing business competence, and identifying resources and capabilities for profitable business operations. In terms of market competition, you will analyze the financial impact of sales on products and services for both new and existing customers. It is important to monitor competitors" product development activities and engage with key industry players to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities. In the realm of implementation, you will play a key role in supporting technical and operational development by contributing to the execution of core competencies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, operations, and legal is crucial for developing and implementing strategies, plans, and business models for food certification. Working closely with other Business Managers, you will assist in resolving business development matters and support management in negotiation, bids, contract development, acquisitions, and budgeting. Participation in marketing campaigns, promotions, and the annual budget planning process is essential to drive business growth and success. Upholding the Intertek Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct is mandatory at all times to ensure ethical business practices and integrity. To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA or an equivalent degree in Marketing & Sales. Possessing technical certifications related to Food Industry Audits such as FSSAI, BRC, FSMS, HACCP, Global GAP, BAP, RSPO, SQF, etc., would be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6 to 8 years of experience in Food Certification Sales, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in the field.,

Position Summary The Maintenance lead of the plant will oversee all daily upkeep and maintenance operations of the plant ensuring policies and procedures are followed, develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, productivity and morale of Team. Improving efficiencies, asset utilization, capacity assessment and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. Lead all brown-field projects on the site. Key Responsibility - Supervision, Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and schedule the maintenance team across multiple shifts. Monitor team performance and provide training, support, and feedback. Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and tools. Hold high the GODREJ culture in day-to-day practices Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems (e.g., conveyors, pumps, mixers, packaging lines). Coordinate emergency repairs to reduce downtime. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance and highlight any deviations to Plant Manager and Head-Operations to statutory compliances Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety (e.g., HACCP, GMP, SQF) and OSHA standards. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work and inspections. Collaborate with QA and production to ensure equipment meets sanitation and operational standards. Inventory & Budgeting Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Support budgeting and procurement of tools, equipment, and services. Work with vendors and contractors as needed. Continuous Improvement Identify areas for equipment upgrades and process improvements. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Support implementation of Lean or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices, and walk-the-talk on its principles. Key knowledge & Skills Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Having hands-on knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand fulfillment, inventory Strong capabilities of building and leading teams, logical decision-making, hands-on-ness and exemplifying a CAN-DO attitude Readiness to work in a poultry processing unit Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, and refrigeration systems. Proficient in reading and grasping blueprints, schematics, AUTOCAD drawing, layouts and equipment manuals. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in cold, wet, and noisy environments typical of food production areas. Ability to visit plant in night shift as and when needed.

Role & responsibilities Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance to ensure smooth production flow. Plan, monitor, and control core heat treatment processes such as Carburizing, Hardening, Tempering, and Normalizing . Ensure adherence to cycle parameters and conduct real-time adjustments of time and temperature for optimal results. Execute Periodic Process Validations (9-point study) to assess thermal uniformity across furnaces (SQF, CCF, BCF). Coordinate and verify calibration of SAT, TUS, Gas Analyzers, CP Coil Inspection , and other critical equipment. Handle internal and external quality audits (Customer, Product, Process & Safety). Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Monitor and ensure safe loading/unloading of furnaces and proper handling of heat-treated components. Prepare and review daily/monthly production and process reports . Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of heat treatment principles for automotive components. Hands-on experience with sealed quench furnaces and atmosphere control. Good understanding of IATF, ISO 9001 standards, and audit protocols. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering. 3-8 years of experience in automotive heat treatment operations
