Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVE

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Rideshare Driver Onboarding Specialist with 15 years of experience in sales, customer support, or driver recruitment. The candidate must speak fluent English, be persuasive, and be comfortable communicating with drivers across the USA. The role focuses on convincing drivers to onboard and rent cars for platforms such as Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to potential drivers through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

* Clearly explain the car rental process, pricing, requirements, and onboarding steps.

* Persuade and convert interested drivers into active renters.

* Assist drivers with document submission, background checks, and account activation.

* Maintain daily/weekly lead tracking and conversion reports.

* Follow up with inactive or pending drivers to move them through the onboarding pipeline.

* Coordinate with fleet management and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.

* Provide excellent customer service and build long-term driver relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 15 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or driver recruitment.

* Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing).

* Ability to confidently explain benefits, pricing, and processes.

* Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

* Experience with CRM tools (Internal fleet tracker, Google Sheets ) is a plus.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage )

* Experience in rideshare, logistics, staffing, or fleet management.

* Knowledge of U.S. geography and rideshare market.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Number of leads contacted daily.

* Conversion rate from lead to active renter.

* Weekly onboarding completions.

* Driver satisfaction and retention.

Compensation

* Base salary.

* Performance-based incentives per onboarding.

* Monthly bonuses for achieving targets.

Work Setup

* Remote or Chennai office-based

* U.S. time zone working hours preferred.(9PM IST to 6 AM IST )
