Roles & Responsibilities

Research & identify potential B2B clients through online sources, networking, cold calling, attending events, or using digital platforms.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Maintain consistent communication with clients via calls, e-mails, and meetings.
Present Product/Services to prospective clients with detailed demos and presentations.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets.
Share clients feedback and market insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
Maintain CRM system with accurate sales data and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Analyze sales metrics to improve performance and strategies.
