Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for promoting and selling company products/services to existing and prospective customers, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and conducting market research to evaluate customer needs. It will be crucial for you to maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory, provide after-sales support, and build long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, you will need to prepare daily reports on field visits and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory. - Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory. - Provide after-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients. - Prepare daily reports on field visits and customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering. - 2+ years of proven field sales experience. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the region. - Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
