Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their preferences and guiding them through the jewelry selection process.
Provide detailed product knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry collections.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the store.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain store presentation standards, including display and inventory management.
Collaborate with the store team to execute promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in jewelry retail or with competitor brands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and fine jewelry products.
Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand image in front of customers.
Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
