Job Description

The Sales Executive position in Sector-62, Noida requires a highly motivated individual to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to identify and target potential customers such as individual learners, educational institutions, and students" parents. You will be expected to prospect and generate new business leads through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. Developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings is also part of the role. Collaborating with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and achieve revenue targets is essential. You should stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts on a regular basis will be required. Your conduct should always represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions with clients and stakeholders. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A proven track record of success in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech Industry, is desired. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary. You should have the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Being self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is important. Previous experience in the EdTech industry is a plus, but freshers are also welcome to apply.,
