This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service & Sales Representative. The position is located in New Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage customer experience. The role includes tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and promoting sales and services. Successful candidates will build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
