Our expert team delivers end-to-end services, from initial consultation and custom system design to installation, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service & Sales Representative. The position is located in New Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The representative will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage customer experience. The role includes tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and promoting sales and services. Successful candidates will build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives roles Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Proficiency with CRM software and customer service systems Previous experience in sales or the renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
