Design Elementary is India's first proptech platform dedicated to transforming and simplifying architectural design experiences for both B2C and B2B customers. We provide comprehensive design solutions, material procurement, financing, and project execution. Our mission is to make the real estate and design industry affordable and hassle-free by combining cutting-edge technology with a network of experienced architects, engineers, and project managers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Guwahati. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships and closing deals. The role involves working closely with the marketing and design teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Additional tasks include maintaining sales records, analyzing sales data, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Handling
Proficiency in preparing Sales Presentations and Proposals
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Analytical skills to interpret Sales Data and Market Trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the real estate or design industry is a plus
