Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner to maintain excellent customer retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development in the furniture & interiors industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brands' products/services and their applications in various settings (e.g., home decor).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
