Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Credila's education loan products, organizing sales activities, creating and executing sales plans, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role involves daily interactions with students and their families, providing information, addressing queries, and processing loan applications to help them secure educational financing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
