Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Candidate should have experience in any Construction Chemicals( Admixtures& Waterproofing ) industry in sales, building network, new client acquisition.
Building relationship with Project Managers at various Construction Project sites.
