Role: Marketing Executive (On-site) Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the dyes and chemicals industry. • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target markets. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable dye/chemical solutions. • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations. • Collaborate with technical and production teams to meet customer needs. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred). • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, specifically in dyes, pigments, or speciality chemicals. • Strong technical knowledge of textile, leather, or industrial dyeing processes. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and market development.
