About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive (Fashion Consultant) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to understand client needs to provide personalized styling advice. You will play a key role in driving sales, building long-term customer relationships, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide personalized fashion and styling advice tailored to clients’ preferences, body types, and lifestyle.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products, and upselling/cross-selling.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of collections, fabrics, and trends.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and aligned with brand standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.
• Support in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or fashion consulting (preferred in luxury or premium brands).
• Strong passion for fashion, trends, and styling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.
