Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive/Asst. Manager, located in Ernakulam. The Sales person will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, generating new business, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and participating in networking events are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
• Communication and Relationship Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage client relationships
• Strategy and Analytical Skills: Ability to develop sales strategies and analyze sales data
• Marketing Collaboration: Experience working with marketing teams to create promotional materials
• Networking: Ability to participate in networking events and build professional connections
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
