Sales Executive

As a Pre Sales Executive at Casafy Realty, your role will involve generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and providing pre-sales support to potential customers in Pune. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads for the Pune real estate market through calls, emails, and digital platforms to ensure a consistent flow of prospects. - Understand client needs specific to the Pune market and provide tailored real estate solutions. - Provide accurate information to clients about Pune-based properties, project features, pricing, and any ongoing offers. - Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential clients, collaborating with on-ground sales teams in Hyderabad. - Maintain and update the CRM system with client data and track progress from initial contact to deal closure. - Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and required documentation for potential buyers in the Hyderabad region. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing long-term engagement for future opportunities. - Assist in identifying market trends and customer needs in the Hyderabad real estate sector.
