Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through visits, calls, and networking.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Work closely with the Distributors, internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of orders.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Proven sales experience (FMCG / Food Ingredients / Industrial Products preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Fluency in English and local language of the region.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
