Responsibilities:

• Build a strong pipeline using webinars, CRM data, and social platforms. Manage time effectively and prioritize high-value tasks.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Lead conversations and guide prospects toward enrollment decisions. Communicate confidently across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels. Learn and apply new sales techniques and scripts.
• Collaborate with the team and share insights to improve offerings.
• Understand our program deeply and communicate its value clearly. Build lasting client relationships and ensure a smooth enrollment journey.

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or telesales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High resilience, adaptability, and a coachable mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
