Job Description

Bindu Natural World is looking for a qualified and passionate Ayurvedic Trainer to consult customers on natural and Ayurvedic hair care solutions. The role involves guiding customers through holistic hair care practices, recommending suitable treatments, and providing expert advice based on Ayurvedic principles and herbal knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online one-on-one Ayurvedic hair care consultations to customers via Zoom
• Assess hair and scalp conditions through virtual interaction and recommend suitable Ayurvedic herbs, treatments, oils, and routines
• Educate customers on the correct usage and benefits of Ayurvedic herbs and natural ingredients for hair care
• Offer personalized guidance on lifestyle, diet, and holistic practices supporting healthy hair growth
• Conduct virtual training sessions, webinars, or product demonstrations when required
• Address customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate digital consultation records and follow up with customers as needed
• Stay updated with current Ayurvedic practices and natural hair care trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs and their application in hair and scalp care
• Prior experience in online consultation, virtual training, or customer advisory roles is an advantage
• Comfortable conducting consultations via Zoom or similar online platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain Ayurvedic concepts clearly and confidently
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for virtual consultations
• Passion for holistic wellness and natural hair care solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
