Job Description:

The Support Intern will assist in coordinating webinars and online guidance sessions by ensuring customers are well-informed and reminded about their scheduled sessions. This role plays a key part in improving attendance and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make reminder calls and follow-up messages to customers for upcoming webinars and online sessions
• Share session details such as date, time, and joining instructions
• Address basic customer queries related to session access
• Maintain simple records of confirmations and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth session participation
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

Skills & Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Customer-friendly and polite approach
• Basic familiarity with Zoom or online meeting platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow in a wellness-focused environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
